Who we are
Öschger precision turning and milling specializing in the manufacture of sophisticated components and customized especially for medical equipment, measurement and control technology and mechanical engineering. Our trained and experienced team guarantees high flexibility, short development times and customer-oriented cooperation. We offer a very high production depth in small and medium series with a variety of processing steps on CNC-controlled machine tools from renowned manufacturers. This allows the optimum processing difficult materials especially stainless and acid resistant steels and special alloys. Our company is in accordance with the Euro standards EN ISO 9001 / 12.2000 and according to the medical standards EN ISO 13485:2003 + AC: 2007 certified. Production spectrum We handle all stainless and acid-resistant materials, titanium, aluminum and all other machinable materials: Rotate: a diameter of 5 mm to 200 mm. Turning lengths up to 800 mm Prototypes, individual parts manufacturing to mass production Our machines are equipped with driven tools so that a cylinder surface (settlement of rotated diameter) or on the end face machining is possible. CAM supported programming using Surfcam with several direct interfaces to other CAD programs such as Catia, Pro E, AutoCAD, etc. Milling: Milled parts of dimensions 5mm up to a size of 600mm. * Up to 5-axis simultaneous milling, Position * 5-axis, * 3D - free-form surface machining, * High Speed Cutting, IMC-40bar, * 3D-Probe System Cylindrical grinding: Loops outside: up to a diameter of 300 mm and a length up to 1000 mm. Loops inside: from a diameter of 4 mm to 150 mm and a length up to 200 mm. With these high-precision manufacturing techniques contours in many engineering materials are easily implemented. The dressing of the required grinding wheels is performed with moving diamonds. The result is a complicated profile shapes in huge perfection. Our products Manufacture its own tooling systems: Through our many years of experience in machining processes, we are now able to produce driven tools as well as special solutions in the tool area of the highest precision.
