About Özyer Engineering
Who we are
Özyer Engineering offers precise and systematic quality controls for industrial components and assemblies — a decisive factor for ensuring product quality in series and single-part production. Our services are aimed specifically at companies in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, toolmaking and other technical sectors where dimensional accuracy, functional safety and compliance with standards have top priority. Using state-of-the-art measurement systems and a continuous QA process, we analyse both prototypes and series parts for all relevant quality features. Depending on requirements, we use tactile and optical measurement methods, 3D scanning technology and digital test reports in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 standards. Our test methods are ideal for initial sample tests, incoming goods inspections, series monitoring or tests before commissioning. In combination with our engineering approach, we also offer the opportunity to identify optimization potential based on measurement results — for example with regard to fits, tolerances or manufacturing processes. In doing so, we actively support you in continuously improving your product quality and process reliability.
