Our Firm was born 40 years ago and we are specialized constructor of rack’s and gear’s, we have over 100 machines and cover surface of about 4000 square meters. RACKS PRODUCTION: For Sliding gates: 30x8 M.4 L=1000/2000 30x12 M.4 L=1000/2000 22x22 M.4 L=1000/2000 30x30 M.6 L=1000/2000 30x20 IN NYLON without steel bore Industry Use: from Modul 0,5 up to Modul 30 on square and flat section with straight and helical Toothing until 6 meter Based On Customer Drawing: Rack finished on drawing with Hole’s, Induction Hardening etc.., On Carbon Steel Natural or Quenched and Tempered, Stainless Steel ecc... Our flexible corporate structure allow us to product one or more quantity very high flexibility respect the customer urgent. In recent year we have do more efforts for innovate our machines for obtain high precision and constant ripetitivity thank: • CNC Toothing • CNC Straightness to allows obtain straightness tolerance until 0,1 mm/mt • CNC Milling and Drilling until L=4000 • CNC Teeth Grinding in Quality 6 GEAR PRODUCTION: Our gear productions are based only customers drawing’s and small quantity(from 1 up to 200 pieces) Gear’s, Shaft’s, Pinion’s: from Modul 1 up to Modul 30 straight and helical toothing Diameter max 3200 Grinded toothing until Modul 10 and Diameter max 800mm Bombed toothing profile until Module 8 diam.
