“OIL AND GAS EQUIPMENT PLANT” LLC is engaged in the development and production of a wide range of equipment for the oil and gas production and refining industry, metallurgy, energy. The enterprise management system is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001). We would like to offer your company cooperation in the machining of metals. Below you can see other types of work that we perform: 1. Turning (equipment: ST25, ST40HE, ST45 with the option "big bore", 1740RF3, 16B16T1, 1V340F30, 1510, 1531M, 1M63, 1A64, 1M65, 16K20, 16K40) linear dimensions from 10 mm to 3000 mm, diameter from 10 mm to 1250 mm 2. Milling (equipment: VF3YT with rotary table HRT310, EC1600YZT four-coordinate FP17M, Heckert FSS-315, 6P83, 6T13) linear dimensions from 10 mm to 16000 mm, diameter from 10 mm to 700 mm 3. Boring and coordinate boring (equipment: 2A622 with upgraded digital display 2A614, 2V440A) the sizes of a working zone are 1120х1250 mm 4. Drilling (equipment: 2C132, VO-63, 2532L) the sizes of a working zone are 1100х2300 mm 5. Grinding (equipment: ZA164, 3M132V, 3M153, 3L722A, 3D711V, HSH83A, 3K228) round grinding: linear dimensions from 10 mm to 2000 mm, diameter from 10 mm to 400 mm flat grinding:: the size of the working area 1250x320x400 mm internal grinding: linear size up to 1200 mm, hole diameter from 40 mm to 400 mm 6.
