Who we are
The company Officina Meccanica Bruegger srl (OMB) is situated in Como, a strategic point between Milan and Switzerland. For two generations OMB is specialized in the production of high-precision mechanical parts. Thanks to the continuous development in the production and engineering OMB has a complete and modern production and offers a complete service: Our services: • Design and Engineering of new high-precision mechanical parts. • Realising of prototypes and samples • Production of series • Different surface finishing’s of the parts • Assembling according to customers specifications • Testing according to customers specifications In the Engineering we use following Cad/Cam Systems: ProE, Soldi Works, Rhino, Sum3D und Pacw. The drawing can be sent in following files: dxf, dwg or iges. In the production we use metal and plastic materials as for example: METAL • iron • stainless steel • brass • cupper • aluminium • Hastalloy • Monel • Other alloys PLASTIC • PVC • POM • PP • TEFLON • PEEK • VESPL • PC • PA • Plexiglas • Reinforced and not reinforced plastic materials Of course we organise almost all surface finishing’s on request: HEAT TREATMENT • Hardening • Cementation • Nitriding SURFACE TREATMENT • Anodizing natural and coloured • Hard anodizing • Galvanizing • Chromium plated • Alodine • Nickel plated, electrolytical and chemical
