Who we are
Steelan Works is a steel fabrication company based in Ankara, Türkiye, operated by Omega Prefabrik Yapı Çelik Konstrüksiyon Müh. Mak. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., with manufacturing experience since 2014. We specialize in contract manufacturing of welded steel frames, chassis, equipment bodies, and cut, bent and welded sheet metal and profile assemblies in carbon steel to customer drawings. In-house capabilities: CNC plasma and oxy-fuel cutting on a 3 × 8 m table (plasma up to 30 mm, oxy-fuel up to 150 mm), guillotine shearing up to 10 mm / 3 m, press brake bending (200 t / 3 m), band sawing, drilling, conventional turning and milling, MIG/MAG and manual metal arc welding (1–50 mm), painting and pre-assembly. Our 1,400 m² facility has three overhead cranes, the largest with a 10 t capacity. Through external suppliers: 2D sheet and 3D laser cutting, blasting, galvanizing, TIG welding and tube/profile bending. These processes are coordinated by our team and managed according to the agreed project requirements. Materials, tolerances, welding, inspection and documentation requirements are reviewed for each project and defined in our quotation. We acknowledge receipt of RFQs within three business days.
