Who we are
KERVANO is a Slovenian manufacturing company specializing in welded assemblies, custom metal components and complete manufacturing solutions according to customer drawings and 3D models. Our core competence is MIG/MAG and TIG welding, supported by IWE-level technical welding expertise. We focus particularly on technically demanding welded assemblies, prototypes, individual components and small to medium production series. We manufacture welded structures and assemblies up to approximately 1.5 tonnes, including machine frames, machine bases, brackets, housings, supports, structural components and special-purpose welded parts. In addition to welding, we can provide the complete manufacturing chain: laser and plasma cutting, CNC bending, milling, turning, assembly and mechanical machining after welding. Surface treatments such as powder coating and galvanizing can also be organized according to customer requirements. A particular strength of KERVANO is the combination of welding and machining after welding, enabling us to supply finished components with accurate interfaces, bores, machined surfaces and critical dimensions. We work according to customer drawings, technical specifications and agreed quality requirements. Our approach is based on flexibility, direct communication, technical support and reliable execution. For new customers, we are also happy to start with a single component, prototype or small batch, providing a simple and low-risk way to evaluate our quality, communication and delivery performance before moving to larger orders.
