Who we are

We specialize in the precision manufacturing of forging tools for steel and aluminium, as well as in high-accuracy machining of complex 3D shapes. We manufacture and refurbish closed-die forging tools, preforms and forging dies, aluminium moulds, cores and other high-precision 3D geometries, and we also produce prototypes and small series. Our machining capabilities include 3-axis CNC milling, high-speed machining up to 20,000 rpm, heavy roughing operations and machining of hardened steels such as H11, 1.2343 and 1.2344. We also perform precise machining of aluminium, brass and tool steels, as well as high-accuracy wire EDM (WEDM). We are known for very fast delivery times, excellent surface quality and high repeatability and dimensional accuracy. Our services are ideal for forging companies, foundries, the automotive industry and machine building, while also offering full flexibility for prototypes and rapid test tools.
