Company Profile of Otto Klumpp GmbH: For over 48 years we have been a successful plastics processors and mold makers. As a medium sized company with 116 employees, we supply well-known companies in various industries with demanding precision plastic parts. Our name stands for performance, quality, flexibility and expertise. In our plastic molding, we process engineering thermoplastics to more than 40 injection molding machines. With our machinery, we realize technical parts of 0.01 g to about 9000 g in weight. Complex parts, except with inserts or other components is our daily business. Our clamping forces ranging from 25 to. to 1,600 tons. Another technological specialty of our company is the production of filters and screens for a variety of applications and media. Monofilament tissue from 29 μ to 2500 μ mesh size and knitted fabrics are currently used in single layer or multi-layer version.In addition to the plastic fabrics, of course, metals such as stainless steel and Monel. Since January 2000, we manufacture in our clean room class 10,000 injection molded parts for the medical and automotive industries. In addition to the production of individual components, we take with our powerful assembly department, of course, the production of complete subassemblies. These include not only the welding and the finishing of plastic parts by painting, printing and hot stamping. With our own design and development department and the connected tool and fixture we put your needs and specifications of the product idea to the production tool to the finished part. Powerful 3D CAD workstations enable the creation of complex designs. Our company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485 and VDA 6.1. For the automotive industry We work according to the guidelines of the TS 16949. For the medical and pharmaceutical industries, we work according to the guidelines of GMP.
