Company description
Since 1909, OVA Gears has been manufacturing gears, mechanical transmissions and special toothed components, even non-standard and large. We specialize in the reconstruction of components, discontinued spare parts and transmissions, even without an original design, thanks to survey activities and reverse engineering. PRODUCTION CAPACITIES Cylindrical wheels/cylindrical toothed wheels: up to M 30 Internal teeth: up to M 20 Conical wheels: up to M 24 Chain spools: P 2½″ up to Ø 4,000 mm; D 10″ up to Ø 2,000 mm Worm screw drives: screw up to Ø 250 mm, swivel up to Ø 3,000 mm, length up to 600 mm and weight up to 25 t MECHANICAL PROCESSING Turning: only for toothed crowns Tree processing: only for toothed trees Milling: only for gears
