About Pames s.r.l.

Who we are

Pames s.r.l. is an Italian machine shop, founded in 2018, specializing in third-party precision mechanical machining: turning, 5-axis continuous CNC milling, grinding, and dimensional inspection. Our machine fleet includes Doosan and Daewoo CNC turning centers, Haas and Mazak machining centers (continuous 5-axis), a grinding department, and a metrology room equipped with a Mitutoyo CMM machine for dimensional inspection of the most critical parts, with the possibility of providing dimensional reports upon request. In addition to mechanical machining, we offer: assembly of assemblies and sub-assemblies, laser marking for unique product identification, material certificates, magnetic particle inspections, and heat and surface treatments managed through a selected network of qualified suppliers in Italy. The internal technical office oversees the entire process from drawing to production, using Hypermill CAD/CAM software to generate optimized toolpaths and NC files. We are currently in the process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification. We operate with consolidated experience in the industrial automation, energy/oil & gas, earthmoving, and marine propulsion sectors, and are structured to handle both small lots with high complexity and series supplies with larger volumes.
