Who we are
We are a medium sized company specializing in the field of metal processing. On our modern CNC machines we manufacture sheet metal parts from steel, stainless steel and aluminum according to drawing, DXF files or patterns. Our customers' needs for cost-effective components and laser parts we meet with the most modern production methods. These are two of us Mazak laser cutting systems with 1 kW and 2.5 kW power. We work mainly: Steel: up to 20 mm in size 2500 mm x 1250 mm Stainless steel: up to 10 mm in size 2500 mm x 1250 mm Aluminum: up to 8 mm in size 2500 mm x 1250 mm During our many years of experience in the field of metallic laser machining, we can also collect experiences with other materials such as molybdenum, nickel and titanium. As a competent partner for the industry, we also manufacture stamping, bending and forming parts in a continuous quality steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics.Reliability and flexibility characterize our performance. Experience and technical knowledge allow us to provide a fast response and affordable pricing. Large and small orders, we have a tight grip. We produce up to 100 tons press force to our eccentric presses and stamping machines, while we work with progressive dies, bending dies and complete sections. Larger quantities are produced finished falling in progressive dies from the coil, but also insert parts in large series are no problem for us. Our certified welders perform welding orders of our customers in the most popular welding methods, such as MAG, MIG and TIG. Through our ABB welding robot system, we can also work with larger series in the MAG region. When we work with HBS stud welding welding technology. For spot welding are three of us spot welding plants. In the field of surface coating, we work with long-term collaborators.Powder coating, wet paint and electroplating or hot-dip galvanized surfaces are easily integrated into the manufacturing process.
