About us: PBG powder coating based in Pöttmes (Bavaria) is your specialized specialist company for high-quality surface finishing of metals. As an extended workbench for mechanical engineering, sheet metal processing, metal construction and the automotive sector, we stand for the highest quality standards, flexibility and punctuality. We coat steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel components — from sophisticated individual production and prototypes to medium-sized series. Our technical capabilities & features: Maximum component dimensions: Length: 10000 mm, width: 3000 mm, height: 3000 m Maximum part weight: [e.g. up to 2000 kg Color spectrum & effects: Entire RAL palette, special colors, DB shades as well as various degrees of gloss (matt, satin, glossy) and structures (fine structure, rough structure). Pretreatment: Professional and material-specific pretreatment: Degreasing, phosphating or sandblasting/sweeping for optimal corrosion protection and perfect adhesion. Why PBG powder coating?
