Pedrali Meccanica S.r.l was founded in 1973. At the beginning the Company works in the local light engineering market. Step by step specializes in turning of small and medium size, until to big size ( 4000mm). Over the years qualifies in milling and boring of rolled, forged and molded pieces. The growth of our Company is devoted to the study of production processes for improving performance of turning and machining. This office provided with modern computers and programs, is in the position to study the customer's drawings and trouh the creation of accurate 3D boards, performs complex details that require a constant 4-Axis machining or an accurate Cad-Cam processing. Pedrali Meccanica Srl is able to study any type of steel and super-steel. The staff is composed by a team of 30 highly qualified people. All the team follows updated courses and participates with the leadership to the presentation about new equipment from manufactures. The whole team decides if take productive benefit by the purchasing of these. An example is the new decision to have bought SORALUCE nad DOOSAN machines. Our measurement field starts from 25mm up to a maximum of 4200mm in digital. We have also a calibrating table TRIMOS (length 3000mm) as primary tool for cheking gauges. At the end of our manufactures, on request of the customer we can perform ultrasonic test (UT) and traditional treatments.
