Plexiplus Kunststofftechnik GmbH, headquartered in Wuppertal and Seeshaupt, specializes in the processing and fabrication of technical plastics. We accompany our customers from the initial idea to the finished product — with experience, precision, and personal service. Whether single pieces, series production, or complex custom solutions: We deliver precise, reliable, and on time. Our team combines craftsmanship with state-of-the-art CNC technology and accompanies projects competently from consultation to implementation. We supply customers from industry, commerce, and craftsmanship — from advertising technology to exhibition and retail construction, as well as metalworking and mechanical engineering, and laboratory & research — with solutions that meet the highest aesthetic and technical requirements. Processing plastics requires more than modern machines: it demands a deep understanding of material behavior, tolerances, and manufacturing processes, which is built up only over years and decades. At Plexiplus, this knowledge is based on over 40 years of industry experience. Over this period, the company has evolved from a classic cutting and milling operation into a partner for technically demanding plastic solutions, reliably implementing industrial, commercial, and custom projects alike. This experience forms the foundation today for a phase of noticeable growth. With the move to larger, more modern production facilities, Plexiplus has created the spatial and technical prerequisites to further increase precision and process reliability: The new areas offer, in part, cleanroom atmosphere for sensitive processing steps as well as ample space for the centerpiece: a new 4x2 meter CNC milling machine. At the same time, the team has grown — industry insiders bring both fresh perspectives and solid specialist knowledge to the existing team, strengthening capacities for ongoing and new projects. The leadership team has also undergone a transformation that combines continuity with new beginnings: The long-standing, deeply rooted expertise of the previous management is now followed by a young, innovative team led by David Schumann. This generational change does not signify a break, but rather a conscious further development – proven expertise is preserved while being supplemented by new impulses in technology, processes, and customer service. Another key component of this development is the merger of Plexiplus with SM Acryl (now Plexiplus Bayern GmbH). From the two companies emerged Plexiplus Wuppertal and Plexiplus Bayern – two independent but closely coordinated locations that together ensure greater manufacturing depth, shorter delivery routes, and closer customer proximity in two regions. Thus, the Plexiplus Group combines years of experience with a forward-looking orientation – as a reliable partner for plastic solutions that brings together craftsmanship, technology, and innovation.
