Our performance as a general contractor for precision mechanical assemblies and parts series is based on 90 years of experience in the development and manufacture of high-precision Drehachssystemen, parts and assembly units. Thanks to modern machinery, high degree of automation, continuous process optimization and rationalization processes lived micron-precise parts are reliably at Polymeca and manufactured at competitive prices.
Whether turning, milling or grinding - we perform your orders with the utmost precision and process reliability. Our international customers are very demanding. Who we want to succeed in global competition, has proven to be one Gesamtzylindrizität of less than 0.001 millimeter, can produce from 0 to 0.001 mm roundness under 0.0003 millimeters and basic games - all in series.
