Prototypes, spare parts and small series in metal and plastic; The prototype construction is prepared with special 3D hardware and software (scan, construction, simulation). A diverse technology combination of 3D printing and casting techniques helps to produce sample or functional parts using metal investment casting (aluminum, brass, zinc to steel) or plastic vacuum and injection molding (PU or injection molding materials). In addition, various industries are supplied with special 3D printed parts; Functional parts where 3D material is sufficient; lost models to investment casters; Objects of illustration in medicine; SPECIAL IN-HOUSE PROCEDURES: * 3D-ENGINEERING_SYSTEME: construction, scanning, simulation (loading / FEM, casting simulation) * 3D PRINTING TECHNIQUES (additive manufacturing via SLA, FDM and Voxeljet) for the production of design, concept and (depending on requirements) functional models; * VACUUM CASTING TECHNIQUES for the production of small series in various plastics * FINE CASTING TECHNOLOGIES for aluminum, brass, zinc (cuvette differential pressure method) as well as for tempering and stainless steels (shell investment casting) * RAPID TOOLING techniques for the rapid production of injection molds from both aluminum inserts or from cast resin components; SERVICES * DEVELOPMENT SERVICES such as design, engineering (FEM / simulation), construction, Confirmation of active principles * MODEL PROVISION accompanying development to optimize new technical products (e.g.B. Pumps) or their components (e.g. impeller geometries) * ITERATIVE DELIVERY OF PROTOTYPES in the original material for test and investigation purposes with constant adaptation of geometry and parameters * SMALL SERIES AND FUNCTIONAL PARTS from 3D printing, vacuum casting (plastic) or investment casting (metal) for motorsport, maintenance, one-off production * MODELS FOR FINE FOUNDERS thanks to rapid production using 3D printing or wax casting
