Who we are
We can offer you services in the field of turning, milling and grinding from our own material or given by our client, according to the customer documentation. In the production halls - we have mostly CNC lathes, our own measurment laboratory. Our production and technician staff is systematically trained in new solutions. We have clients from home and abroad (export ca. 65%).
The parameters of tooling:
TURNING
the diameters from 10mm to 350 mm, length max 750mm, accuracy of operation +/- 0,005mm
MILLING
max 600mm x 450mm x 450mm, accuracy of operation +/- 0,005mm
GRINDING
the rolls at diameter to 350 mm and length to 750 mm, the holes at diameter to 200mm and depth to 200mm, the surfaces of the part at the dimensions to 300mm x 800mm
