Who we are
Since 1965 we are as a family, a powerful supplier for well-known clients of precision engineering, electronics, medical technology, mechanical engineering and optical industry. In 1997 we have moved to a factory building with modern machines. Based on a qualified skilled workers tribe - the number of employees has almost doubled from 1996 to 1999 - we offer a wide range of services in the areas of machining and tool. Our services include in particular turning, milling, grinding, assembly, custom prototypes and custom products. Based on your drawings or samples, we produce items, micro and small series, medium series to 1000 pieces and devices and tools. Higher numbers require separate agreements. We have particular experience with the materials: Aluminum, cast iron, brass, low-and high-alloy steels, graphite, molybdenum, titanium, tungsten, special alloys and machinable glass ceramic. We are able to offer all the parts both with galvanic surface (chromium, nickel, zinc gloss, bronzing and anodizing) and annealed and hardened. In our modern equipped measurement space, we can always ensure the quality of your orders and documented. To meet the demands and wishes of our customers always optimally and in vertauensvoller cooperation, that is our great professional and technical challenge. We offer the following services: Leitspindeldrehen and Zugspindeldrehen (up to diameter 500 x 1500 mm), CNC - Turning (up to diameter 360 x 600mm), horizontal milling and vertical milling (up to 1250 x 400 x 430 mm), CNC - Milling (up to 2200 x 1200 x 500 mm), 5Seitenbearbeitung 500 x 500 x 500, flat grinding (up to 600 x 310 x 370 mm), assembly, prototypes and custom-made, measuring with Carl Zeiss measuring machine SPECTRUM700 (up to 600 x 600 x 400 mm)
