Services The range of services of pro-beam includes process engineering, job shop as well as mechanical engineering. We offer constructive solutions for making industrial production processes more efficient by means of electron beams. We focus on an individual and competent customer support during the entire product life cycle. Innovative Electron Beam Technology for the Benefit of Our Customers Description Together with our customers we are always in search of solutions for constantly changing complex tasks. The reasons for this are for example concepts for cost minimization by means of new materials or material combinations, more and more demanding design solutions and not least increasing requirements regarding product quality. In close cooperation with SLV Halle, pro-beam technologies GmbH pursues the objective to develop technological foundations for new electron beam applications in order to be able to meet the ever-changing requirements of the customers. For this, the process engineering competences of the pro-beam group are increasingly concentrated in Halle where process and method development is performed at the highest level. Equipment Job Shop pro-beam stands for complex welding, hardening, drilling and coating processes. Whether very small or very large parts , whether small quantities or large series, we face the technological challenges of our customers and implement these requirements with the highest quality. Equipment Technology Our innovation leadership in the field of electron beam technology is based on more than 30 years of experience in contract manufacturing, which is used for our mechanical engineering activities. The continuous advancement of generator technology will make our electron beam systems a vital link in your production chain.
