Who we are
Our company was founded on many years of experience in the field of plastic processing of metals. The main profile of the company's activity is welding services in the field of MAG, TIG, MMA welding of steel and aluminum, their plastic processing and CNC milling and turning. We carry out details in accordance with the technical documentation submitted to us. We have high-quality technological assistance, we use both proven solutions and the latest technological innovations. Our services are mainly used by western companies that produce medical and rehabilitation equipment and facilities. Many years of experience working with many customers allow us to professionally support new recipients at every stage of the implementation of next projects. We achieve our quality goals by continuously modernizing our machinery and increasing the qualifications of our employees. We guarantee professional service, reliability and high quality of the services we provide. So that our welding services could meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers, we bought one of the most modern robotized sites in Poland. We also offer CNC milling services to our customers. The CNC milling process is carried out on machines from the German brand Chiron in the High Speed series. The CNC turning services are carried out on numeric machine tools. We use numerically controlled bending machines, hydraulic and eccentric presses to plastically process the materials. As part of the complex service, we also provide assembly services for the elements manufactured by us, using over two hundred thousand different fasteners. We process seventy-five thousand kilograms of steel and three thousand kilograms of aluminum materials. Our production and warehouse area exceeds five thousand square meters.
