PROCONS SIBIU SRL is a Romanian engineering and manufacturing company specialized in mechanical design and the production of welding fixtures, special-purpose machines, and custom industrial equipment. We provide complete solutions – from concept and 3D design to manufacturing, assembly, and delivery of finished products. Our core focus is on welding fixtures (manual and robotic/cobot applications), where we combine engineering expertise with practical manufacturing capabilities to deliver ready-to-use solutions. In addition to design services, we collaborate with trusted manufacturing partners in Romania to produce cost-efficient, high-quality equipment tailored to client specifications. We ensure full technical control over the process, including design validation, production documentation, and final implementation. Our technical expertise includes: Welding fixtures and positioners (manual & robotic) Special-purpose machines and automation concepts Sheet metal structures and assemblies Complete technical documentation (3D CAD, 2D drawings, BOM) We work with leading CAD platforms such as PTC Creo, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and Fusion 360, ensuring compatibility with customer systems.
