Who we are
We are the sales representative of Polish suppliers of CNC machining, welding and steel construction fabrication and plastic forming. Our suppliers produce single components and complex subassemblies as well, according to technical documentation. As one of the few on the market, we offer access to over 300 machines, on which all technological processes connected with steel processing can be performed – starting from high volume machining of turned parts on Swiss type lathes, throughout complex five-axis milling, ending up at big constructions which require plastic forming, welding and XXL machining. Processes are mainly performed on CNC machines. Services: Machining on swiss type lathes. CNC milling, five-axis CNC milling including, XXL milling on gantry type machines. CNC turning, long shafts and big dimensions including. Boring. Grinding of shafts and flat surfaces. Electrodischarge. Welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, Submerged arc welding). Laser cutting, waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, oxygen cutting. Plastic forming (bending, punching, stamping, pressing). Heat and surface treatment. Shot blasting, painting. Measuring and quality control. Assembly and assembly sets.
