With over 30 years of experience in precision mechanics, our company offers a high quality service in the machining and supply of parts by milling and turning. Speed, quality and precision are the key principles of our work. A fleet of cutting-edge machines and the commitment of our highly qualified staff allows us to offer a flexible service that is attentive to customer needs, creating an important relationship of trust and reliability. MECHANICAL WORKINGS · Creation of prototype and spare parts · Work on small, medium and heavy carpentry · Recovery of damaged components · Machining of castings · Quality check Thanks to our metrology room we test the pieces made in order to guarantee the highest quality of the product offered. DESIGN: thanks to the experience of our qualified staff we support the customer who wants to create a detail starting from a project or modify an existing one to adapt it to new needs, studying its feasibility and costs. PROTOTYPY: our flexibility allows us to create or modify prototype pieces that require constant monitoring and that may need changes even during the processing phase CARPENTRY: we are equipped to work small, medium and large carpentry up to 6 meters in length and 2.3 meters in height REPAIR of damaged components through modifications or reconstructions of the parts that compose them CASTINGS: we carry out complete processing of the castings or partial in the case of casting errors QUALITY CONTROL: the presence of a metrology room equipped with a DEA Mistral with an always updated PCDMIS program, guarantees support for the control carried out constantly by our staff on board the machine SERVICES Thanks to the network created over the years with our trusted partners, we complete our supply with: · HEAT TREATMENTS: induction hardening, case hardening, carbonitr
