P / S KUNSTSTOFFWERKE AG is an innovative medium-sized company in the plastics processing Industry with an own tool. From over 1000 tools, we produce technical plastic parts from 0.1g to 2.0 kg on powerful Injection molding machines with a clamping force of 150 up to 5000 kN and presses with clamping forces from 600 to 3000kN. Product-specific handling systems and peripherals to ensure safe production process at a consistently high level of quality. From our many years of experience in the processing of thermosets and thermoplastics materials (unreinforced, reinforced, modified or high-tech plastics) can our customers always benefit. The diversity of our production program, below are some examples, requires a special expertise. Plastic parts with a highly polished, verspiegelbarer surface design as part or plastic-metal Compounds; System and component assembly; Pure assembly work; Printing, welding and two-component injection molding.
