We process sheets and assemblies in all common thicknesses, materials and formats with advanced laser and flame-cutting equipment: Laser cutting: Steel and special steel 0.1 mm to 30 mm, Stainless steel 0.1 mm to 25 mm, aluminum 1.0 mm to 15 mm / Format: 2000x4000 mm / pipes and profiles up to diameter 408x3000 mm Flame cutting: Steel and special steel up to 300 mm thickness / size to 2500x6000 mm From laser cutting, bending, welding up to the surface finishing / paint everything from a single source! With our modern press brakes we can get your parts up to a bending length of 4500 mm edges. Welding work is performed by our experienced welders means of the welding process MIG / MAG and TIG in all common materials, such as steel, stainless steel or aluminum. On request we are able to paint your parts in almost every current color.From simple primer to finished parts view, we can meet virtually all customer requirements in our own spray booth. Also we can provide your parts with powder coated surface. As an efficient service provider for industrial and craft we produce your products from single pieces to large series. We will gladly assist you in prototype example with questions and problems in the areas of development and construction. We have the shortest response times for quotation and order processing. Use of a modern PPS system for deadline monitoring and process optimization. In the area of logistics, we leave nothing to chance. Thanks to our own fleet, we are able to ship your parts fast and cheap. In addition to production for industrial customers, we also manufacture metal objects for exhibition stands, shop fitting, etc. ..
