Presentation of PTM Präzisonsteile GmbH Meiningen We are a medium-sized company with around 110 friendly and competent employees, which has been producing high-quality CNC turning, milling and erode parts in small and medium-sized series for demanding customers since 1994, e.g. from medical technology, Lienar & drive technology, Laser technology, optical technology and measurement technology. In our own electroplating shop, we anodize aluminum parts. Our offer also includes the pre-assembly and final assembly of components and devices. Our service portfolio: - Turning & milling for small / medium series - Electrical Discharge Maching (EDM) - Surface treatment of aluminum (small and medium series), including sandblasting and vibratory grinding - Ultra-fine cleaning - Module assembly - laser marking Our machine park: - 21 Milling machines, including 11 5-axis machining centers - 11 Lathes - 1 EDM machine - 3 Sandblasting systems - 4 Polishing vibratory grinding - 3 Grinding machines - 1 Anodising plant - 1 Laser marking machine - 1 Cleanroom packing - 1 Ultra-fine cleaning On a production area of approx. 4,000 square meters, we have a production capacity - in 3-shift operation - of up to 180,000 turning & milling machine hours p.a.
