Who we are
We are pleased to introduce our company Qbig Pro, specializing in the machining of components using both CNC and conventional machines. We are a leader in the industry, offering comprehensive solutions for the production of tools, machine parts, and prototype components made from metals and plastics. Our company operates a modern and versatile machine park, which enables us to work with flexibility and efficiency. Below are some of our key machines: A 3-axis milling router for machining aluminum and plastics with an impressive working table size of 2 × 3 meters, A CNC lathe with a turning length of up to 500 mm and a maximum diameter of 250 mm, A 4-axis milling machine with a working table size of 1000 × 500 mm, 3-axis milling machines with working table sizes of 400 × 300 mm and 760 × 400 mm, A laser cutting machine, A press brake. Our machines are programmed using CAM software, which ensures high precision and significantly reduces order lead times. We are able to manufacture parts based on both 3D models and 2D drawings. Additionally, orders can be carried out using either our own materials or materials supplied by the client. We specialize in single-piece and prototype production, and we are also capable of handling small- and medium-series production. Furthermore, we have our own welding department, where we manufacture structures made of carbon steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and aluminum.
