About QDP B.V.
Who we are
QDP (Quality, Design & Products) has developed and produced plastic products for OEMs and manufacturers since 1998. Product development, Design for Manufacturability, mold making and injection molding run under one roof: design and engineering in Duiven, the Netherlands, production in our own factory in Shengzhou, China, which QDP has fully owned since 2012. No brokers, no intermediaries, our own people and our own processes on both sides. We think in molds. Every part we engineer is designed for the mold it will be made in, so the first shots are right and the unit price stays low. Molds are built in-house in P20, 718H, NAK80 or S136, typically from EUR 3,000, with samples at the customer in about eight weeks. Our sweet spot is 500 to 20,000 parts per run; we also run series in the millions and deliver rush orders within a week. Materials: ABS, ASA, PP, PE, PA6 and PA66 (also glass-fiber reinforced), PC, PC-ABS, POM, PMMA, TPE and TPU, plus biobased and recycled grades. Insert molding, multi-component molding, assembly and finishing are part of the chain. ISO 9001:2015 certified, SMETA 4-Pillars audited factory, member of the Royal Dutch Metaalunie. Two iF Design Awards 2025, a Red Dot Award 2018 and four FD Gazellen Awards. Our guarantee: if a part is not produced as designed, the customer gets the investment back. Customers include Philips, AkzoNobel, BAM, Pon, Teijin, Van Raam and Mobilane, across mobility, consumer, industrial, public infrastructure, medical and garden products.
