R3D Motion is a Polish engineering and contract manufacturing company combining industrial 3D printing, mechanical engineering, electronics development, industrial automation and complete product assembly. We deliver not only individual parts, but also complete, tested and assembled products. INDUSTRIAL 3D PRINTING & SERIES PRODUCTION Additive manufacturing is one of our core production technologies. Our FDM production infrastructure enables manufacturing of functional prototypes, technical components and small- to medium-volume production batches. We have experience producing series of approximately 1,000 parts and coordinating multiple machines operating in parallel. Our manufacturing capabilities include: • Functional plastic components and technical parts • Industrial enclosures, housings and protective covers • Machine components and replacement parts • Production jigs, assembly fixtures and inspection tools • Automotive components and specialized accessories • Customized products and multiple product variants • Functional prototypes and production-ready parts • Mechanical components for industrial equipment Our production equipment includes FDM 3D printers with build volumes of up to approximately 500 × 500 × 500 mm. Larger components can be manufactured through segmented printing and subsequent assembly. We also provide material selection, design optimization for additive manufacturing, production planning and quality verification. CONTRACT MANUFACTURING & COMPLETE PRODUCT ASSEMBLY We go beyond manufacturing individual components. R3D Motion supports companies looking for a reliable manufacturing partner capable of delivering ready-to-use products and complete assemblies. Our services include: • Contract manufacturing of technical components • Mechanical and electromechanical assembly • Integration of electronics, sensors, actuators and control systems • Functional testing and product verification • Laser marking and UV printing • Product packaging and shipment preparation • OEM and private-label product manufacturing • Recurring manufacturing and production support Through our network of manufacturing partners, we can coordinate additional production processes, including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding and powder coating. MECHANICAL ENGINEERING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Our engineering capabilities enable us to support projects from the initial concept to production.
