Who we are
We finished on a modern machine with Wafiosautomaten and feature a fully automated removal and control of the springs during the production process. Automated Packaging Systems in plastic pipes, heat treatment, surface treatments such as the tribo process or passivation, we have internally. Depending on the machine type, we manufacture Compression springs having a wire diameter of 0.1 to 12 mm Tension springs having a wire diameter of 0.2 to 6 mm Rotation / Schenkel-/Doppel- or torsion spring with a wire diameter of 0.2 to 8 mm Technical Bent wire parts: simple and complex shapes to 7 mm
