Who we are
Rettifica Zalambani is a mechanical workshop specialized in CNC turning and precision grinding for third parties. We work mainly in the manufacture of medium and small series mechanical parts for industrial customers belonging to different production sectors. Thanks to the introduction of the new Mazak QTE300MY latest-generation CNC lathe, we are able to perform high-precision turning on complex shafts, bushings, flanges, rollers and mechanical components, ensuring consistent quality, reliability and fast delivery times. As a second core business, we specialize in internal and external CNC cylindrical grinding, with production capacities of up to 1700 mm between the tips and diameters of up to 450 mm. Our department is equipped with Tacchella, Morara and Studer CNC grinders, as well as an air-conditioned metrology room with a ZEISS Duramax three-dimensional measuring machine. We stand out for our production flexibility, complete order management and technical support to the customer during all phases of the production process.
