Calculation, design and sales of springs (extension springs, compression springs, torsion springs, spiral springs, wire and flat molded parts, bending parts and assemblies) of round, flat and square wire. Springs: - Wire thicknesses up to 3.3 mm (round / flat / square) Applied end turns or open - Ground end coils or unprocessed - - All winding body geometries feasible (cylindrical, barrel-shaped or waist, Beehive, Taper) Extension Springs: - Wire thicknesses up to 2.8 mm (round / flat / square) - All possible Ösenformen feasible (incl. DIN) - With adjustable internal bias voltage (eg to achieve digressive characteristics) Torsion springs: - Wire thicknesses up to 4.5 mm (round / flat / square) - All leg shapes feasible - As a simple torsion spring, double torsion spring, torsion spring quadruple Spiral springs: - Wire thicknesses up to 3.0 mm (round / flat / square) - Windungsverlauf freely adjustable - With or without molded legs - All possible Ösenformen feasible (incl.DIN) Wire and flat springs: - On winding, coiling, bending centers of brands Wafios, Itaya, Simplex Rapid or BIHLER - Wire thicknesses up to 4.5 mm (BIHLER up to 10mm) Coils: - Wire thicknesses up to 4.5 mm - From enamelled copper wires with stripped and tinned ends - RF coils of silver-plated copper or bronze wire Stampings: - Bandwidth up to 120mm, thicknesses up to 10mm - Additional Technologies welding, threading, bolting our BIHLER automata - Assembly of components including processing of supplementary parts (plastic parts / screws / wire springs, etc.) - Tubes of strip material with and without slot, tape ends clinched or shock Manufacturing technologies: - Winde-/Wickeltechnik - Stanz-/Biegetechnik - Grinding of spring ends - Shot peening - Heat treatment - Surface Technology - Setting and testing - Isolation & automatic packaging All manufacturing technologies can be linked if required! Materials: - EN 10270-1/-2/-3 / / EN 10151 / / etc. - Copper, beryllium copper, bronze, brass, copper alloys, etc. - Cr / Ni steels and duplex steels - Surface-treated and plastic-coated wires - Composite materials RIBE has its own tool and a house plant!
