Richard Fischer GmbH (RIFIS) is a medium-sized family-owned company with over 90 years of experience in metal processing. Since our foundation in 1934, we have stood for reliable, precise, and cost-efficient manufacturing solutions. With our locations in Germany and Turkey, we combine high quality standards with flexible and competitive production structures and see ourselves as a long-term partner for manufacturing companies. Our range of services covers the full spectrum of modern metalworking. In sheet metal processing, we offer laser cutting with table sizes up to 3,000 x 2,000 mm as well as bending with a maximum length of 3,000 mm. This is complemented by our CNC machining capabilities, including turning up to Ø 500 mm and milling with travel distances of up to 1,740 x 760 mm. In addition, we manufacture welded assemblies using TIG, MIG, and MAG processes and offer further capabilities such as leveling and flattening of sheets up to a thickness of 15 mm. Beyond standard manufacturing processes, we provide a wide range of additional services including assembly of subassemblies, roll bending, spot welding, surface grinding, press-fitting, and punching. Through our established network of partners, we also offer a variety of surface treatments and heat treatments, enabling us to deliver ready-to-install components from a single source. Our key strengths lie in our high level of vertical integration and the combination of sheet metal processing, machining, and welding technologies within one group. This allows us to efficiently produce both individual parts and complex assemblies in a coordinated manner. Our structures enable flexible handling of prototypes, small batches, and series production while ensuring high delivery reliability and short response times. This is further supported by our broad material expertise, covering not only steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, but also high-strength and wear-resistant materials. We supply customers in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, automotive technology, and defense industries, supporting them in the realization of demanding components and assemblies. Modern inspection rooms at our locations, along with clearly defined quality processes, ensure consistent precision and reproducibility. Our production is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, EN 1090, and AS 9100D. In addition, our Turkish facility is certified according to Eydep ES101-B, a qualification standard for suppliers in the aerospace and defense industries, which imposes strict requirements on quality, processes, and reliability. As a manufacturing partner, we place great value on straightforward and reliable cooperation. We respond quickly to inquiries, manufacture precisely according to drawings, and offer the flexibility required to ensure a stable supply chain, even in the case of fluctuating demand or complex projects.
