RIEMER + TIMMANN ROHRLEITUNGSBAU GMBH has existed since 1984 with currently 20 employees. The company is headquartered in 22145 Braak near Hamburg. We offer you: Delivery, assembly on construction sites and prefabrication in our factory in Braak In addition to assembly, we provide the complete delivery of pipe materials, holders, welding consumables and welding gases throughout Germany and abroad. We produce as many components as possible in our workshop according to your specifications. • TIG orbital welding technology We guarantee you the highest quality for all tasks in stainless steel piping and plant engineering. The use of computer-aided TIG orbital welding technology in thin-walled areas is our specialty. • Endoscopy and documentation In accordance with the FDA's GMP guidelines, we are able to document virtually any weld seam photographically using our own video endoscope and store it digitally on data carriers. Our pipeline installations focus on: • Stainless steel piping for: - pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical companies - breweries and dairies - Food and food companies • Prefabrication and unit piping - Ultra-high temperature systems (including test and pilot plants) - CIP systems - short-term heating systems (including sterile and aseptic), - separator systems (including sterile and aseptic systems), - Complete valve nodes, coupling panels, pipe fences - Prefabrication of plant parts and assemblies for outdoor installations • Piping of complete large refrigeration systems for: - Cold storage warehouses and distribution centers - breweries and dairies - slaughterhouses and sausage factories - ice cream factories • General industrial pipeline construction - energy pipes (e.g. steam, condensate, water, etc.) Tools and approvals • Tools required for our construction sites • TIG welding machines • TIG orbital pipe welding machines (closed GTAW system) for the highest demands from 9.5 to 114 mm for the pharmaceutical sector (affected by the product). • TIG orbital pipe welding machines (open system) for Cr-Ni welds DN 15 to DN 150 • Tungsten electrode sharpeners • Residual oxygen meters • Two own video endoscopes (endoscope length 9.6 m) with digital image memory • Fischer Ferritscop ferrite content meter including printer, fully mobile • Weld seam documentation using a photo printout or digitally • Welding engineer for welding supervision and advice • Process tests in accordance with TRB 200 /AD fact sheet HP2/1
