Who we are
RILPLAST snc is a company active for over thirty years in the injection molding of thermoplastics and technopolymers. Inserted in the dynamic artisan reality of Lower Sebino, over the years the company has developed skills and experience in the most varied sectors of application of plastic, from products for early childhood, to articles in the electrical and electronic appliance sector , from the hospital and medical sector to that of sporting goods, lighting engineering, automotive and food packaging. Having verified how the customer appreciates the possibility of turning to a partner capable of relieving him of the many difficulties associated with the various phases of development and production of the products, the company has already decided for some time to take charge, also through a network of collaborators located in the immediate vicinity of the plant, of all pre and post molding operations. Thanks to the experience acquired, today Rilplast is able to satisfy the customer in all the different phases of the production: from the design to the prototyping and realization of the moulds, from the analysis of the most suitable materials up to the special finishes proposed.The company also offers internally a pre-assembly or/and complete assembly service of the molded parts, both manually and automatically, also with the use of in-house design machines. Certification and high quality of raw materials, use of any thermoplastic material from commodities to technopolymers and a technologically advanced machine park, which includes 26 injection presses with tonnages ranging from 6 to 450 tons fully automated, presses for micro molding and vertical presses for insert overmoulding, plus a whole series of complementary machinery, allow the company to work all the main plastic materials in the best possible way, creating both standard and technical details.
