Who we are
Dear! Our company "Risek-METAL" is a small family business with 10 employees, in case of need also extensible. The company was founded some 11 years ago by the current owner, Mr. Risek. We are located in the village of Zlatar, in northwest Croatia. As a result of the recent reorganization of our company, we have expanded the production scale and now have spare capacity of about 800-1000 hours per month Our machinery consists of: 1x CNC VERTICAL BAZ "Kitamura" X1250 Y620 Z650 ---- SK50 3x BAZ CNC VERTICAL "MAZAK" X 750 Y400 Z400 with 24 tools Jump 1x CNC machining center HORIZONTAL "STEINEL" X 400 Y 320 Z320 and 4Axis 360/1 with 24 tool changes 1X BAZ CNC HORIZONTAL 2PALETTE MAZAK H12 X650 Y500 Z500 FUL AXIS 4 1x CNC machining center "OKK" X700 Y360 Z450 1 x CNC DREHEMASCHINEN "NAKAMURA" X250 Z750 1x CNC MAZAK DREHEMASCHINE QSH 10 1x conventional milling machine x1000 y350 z350 for Schropen 1x Drills 1x Tool grinding machines 1x conventional Drehemaschine 1000x250 1x Automatic saw 320 1x Laser cutting steel inox 20mm-12mm, al-8mm We are able to small and large scale production of steel, aluminum, bronze, brass or cast iron implement. If required, we also offer additional activities such as galvanization, Brunieren, zinc coating, heat treatment, hardening, cementation, nitration and so on. This work will be carried out by our partners. As our reference we would like the company "FOOD WINE" of Austrasia, "MAN ROLAND" call from Germany, with which we have been for years
