Company description

Our company is engaged in the loading and processing of metal and metallic semi-finished products, mainly as a supplier to the classical mechanical engineering and the automotive industry. Equipped with the latest CNC technology, we are able to: LASERS, EDGE, WELDING, CUTTING, FINISHING We manufacture according to customer requirements as well as individual series products. Due to the wide variety of manufacturing technologies from a single very fast customer orders can be processed. Our company was founded on May 3, 1990 and currently employs 40 people. We are constantly striving to incorporate new technologies and production processes in our company to the future for our customers to achieve optimum quality and production diversity. Services Mill We have various CNC milling machines, including on a machining center Deckel Maho P 125, as well as a milling center from Hermle C40.With these 5-axis machines, we are able to perform complex 5-page edits in one setting. Turn In modern lathes we can produce any kind of turned parts. It does not matter whether it is single or serial parts. We manufacture small parts with bar conveyor to be cost-effective but also large parts with a maximum working length of 3000 mm and a workpiece diameter of max. 450mm. Lasers We have to edit 3D three laser cutting machines from Mazak in use and are therefore capable of 2D parts on lasers and laser technology. Furthermore, we can see to edit pipes with a diameter up to 150mm and a length of 6000mm. From us all popular file formats are readable. However, in order to manufacture series parts and items more efficiently, we use a linearly driven laser system with fully automatic loading and unloading, with even high-speed lasers for stainless steel is possible. Maximum processing size 3000 x 1500 x 2000mm 6000 in cooperation. Bending Our Bending of Amada, it is possible to further process previously lasered parts or perform work for you in salary.
