The drum precision parts GmbH was founded in 1970 by Kurt Rommel. Today, his son Stefan Rommel manages the company. Performance, quality and progress as the foundation of the business philosophy. State of the art machinery, which also come from their own special machine to automatically produce small and large series. Clients are well-known manufacturers from home and abroad. The company's success is that performance, quality and punctuality are consistent. In the context of the steady growth of our company since the establishment, we have recently in 2002 in addition to our existing plant II commissioned Kelterplatz Wiesbach our new work I am superiors Wasen in Remshalden. With the purchase of the premises on the Upper Wasen space was created not only by the creation of a production building for the grown in recent years, housing and manufacturing valves. Rather, a generous expansion option for further production areas was ensured in the future. Competent partner for innovative industries The company has advanced fully automatic processing equipment (turning, bar turning, milling). The machines are specially designed for the flowing parts production with consistent performance and highest repeatability standard parts. A large stock of processing units, spare parts and tools ensures rapid changeover and short repair times in production. Machine downtimes are reduced to a minimum. The post-processing of large-and small series (washing, vibratory grinding, deburring, count and weigh) is performed semi-or fully automatic. Due to the multi-layered production, we can offer our clients favorable delivery times. Range of parts: Our production range includes PCB terminals, aluminum machined parts, screw-type terminals, spacer bolts, pins, Bördelbuchsen, terminals, clamps and nuts, Tinned brass machined parts, pump impeller, bracelet links, earthing clamps, rotary switch shafts, brass valves, aluminum spiral springs, steel profile parts, pneumatic valves, Pneumatic valve cover, small valve cover, aluminum pneumatic valves.
