Who we are

RONAS s. r. o. (Ltd.) ranks amongst the leading manufacturers of injection moulds for thermoplastics, progressive and stamping die tools. RONAS is also the leading supplier of moulded articles. We are a dynamically developing company with more than 50 years of tradition, with modern machines and top human potential. We hold these certificates - ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001. In March 2003, our company received the prestigious “Sub-supplier of the year” award in the "mechanical engineering” category from the government agency Czechinvest under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, when our company placed third in the competition of companies from the entire Czech Republic. The Tools Division specializes in the design and manufacturing of injection molds up to the weight of 2,5 tons and frame dimensions of 800x600x600 mm. This program represents 77% of total revenues of the Tools Division. We are also equipped to design and manufacture cutting and stamping die tools, max. thickness of metal sheet - 3 mm and maximum dimensions of tool 600x1300 mm, besides precision components and fixtures to customers' requirements. This program represents 15% of total revenues of the Tool Division. The injection mould plant and production of precision parts (about 8% of the total revenues) is also directed towards the automotive, electronical and consumer-goods industry. RONAS s. r. o. has currently about 280 employees and reached a turnover of 9,7 million EUR in the year 2006.

Fom Prague it is possible to use the motorway, about 340 km, railway or regular flights Prague – Ostrava or Vienna – Ostrava from the Ostrava Mosnov airport, which is located 30 km from Roznov. An alternative: fly to Vienna and from there by a highway through Brno, about 250 km.
