Who we are
Rovigo CNC Technology is a young company from Croatia, which started production in 2015 and currently employs 10, mainly young, qualified and motivated employees. With the desire to expand our production, we would like to offer you our services in the area of contract, individual parts, small series or series production, using CNC-controlled machining technology. At the moment we only process aluminum in the usual material qualities. The processing sizes in x up to 3,000 mm. Machine park: Machining center 3-axis Pinnacle LV116 x = 1100, y = 600, z = 600 Machining center 4-axis Matec-30HV x = 3000, y = 750, z = 400 5-axis machining center DMG / DMU65 monoBlock x = 650, y = 650, z = 560 Machining center 3-axis Haas VF 9/40 x = 2134, y = 1016, z = 762 Programming and data formats: Solidworks CAD & SolidCAM 2.5D system 2D: -.dxf and -.dwg 3D: -.sldprt (Solidworks), -.igs and -.step Control: Our parts are constantly checked by our employees on the machines during production. Every part is nevertheless additionally checked and approved by our quality officer for the final inspection before delivery. In addition to the usual measuring equipment, we use our 3D coordinate machine to check the dimensional accuracy Measuring machine BROWN & SHARPE GAGE 2000 3D handheld / software PC-DMIS Measuring range 457x508x406 quality For us, quality means executing every order on time within the agreed delivery time, in the required quality and within the calculated budget. surfaces All parts can also be anodized in natural aluminum or in a color from gold to black.
