Who we are

RR-3D develops and manufactures technical plastic components for companies. The sole proprietorship was founded in 2024 and has one employee. Focus areas are 3D printing small series, spare parts, holders, housings, adapters as well as assembly and testing aids. CAD design, 3D scanning and reverse engineering help to transfer existing parts or new requirements into manufacturing-friendly geometries. Basis for this are sample parts, photos with dimensions, sketches or existing CAD files. Before production, function, installation space, load, material, quantity and variants are clarified. If necessary, a sample is produced for fit and function testing. Approved data versions are documented for reorders and follow-up lots. Contact person is Raphael Rinagl in Munderkingen. RR-3D works with companies from production, maintenance, design and workshop. Personal coordination is possible in the Munderkingen, Ehingen, Ulm and Biberach area by appointment; supra-regional projects are processed via shipping. Production using the FDM process. For inquiries, component sizes from 5 × 5 × 1 mm to 295 × 285 × 290 mm and lots of 1 to 100 pieces are specified. The specific feasibility and delivery time are checked based on geometry, material, print orientation and quantity.
