Who we are
Dear All, SC FORSEV SA an American Romanian joint venture is a manufacturing company with an old tradition in free forging and forging in dies. The company manufactures a very wide range of products made of carbon steel, alloyed steel, stainless steel and other non ferrous metals, all a complaining with ISO 9001 (gears, shafts, rings, axles, discs, mechanical parts, etc) Our products are manufactured at best class levels regarding cost, quality and delivery methods and the competitive prices make the difference. a)Die Forgings with the weight between 3 kg and 350 kg - Crankshafts, - Front axles/rear axles, - Bar heads, - Suspenders, traversing wheels, - Gears, - Pistons, - Head Bearing and Lower Bearing, - Buffer, - Draw Bar; - Hooks, - Rotative Body, - Reversing Cylinders, - Connecting Rods, - Chain – Coupler Link, - Valves, - Bonnets. b)Free Forgings (rough-machining) with the weight between 14 kg and 1000 kg, the length between 50 mm and 1500 mm and the diameter between 30 mm and 600 mm - Axis, - Subassemblies, - Axles for Trams and Rail cars, - Bushes, - Wheels, - Cylinder, Free Forgings and Die Forgings in Al. with weight between 1 kg and 150 kg:- Al. couplings, - Rings, - Sliding Rim. Beginning with the raw material acceptance up to the manufacturing and the dispatch of the finished products, exigent testing methods are applied according to FORSEVs Quality Book. FORSEV owns a Quality Assurance System implemented and certified according to ISO 9001 Standards by the international certification body GERMANISCHER LLOYD. FORSEV has the products certification with DEUTSCHE BAHN. We also have the products certification for big engineering parts with LLOYD`S, BUREAU VERITAS, ABS, DNV and with GERMANISCHER LLOYD. These ranges of products are used in the following industries: - Car industry: crankshafts, axles and shafts, front axles for trucks; - Machine tools industry: shafts, wheels for travelling cranes, die blocks, maintenance parts for the forging industry, gear wheels; - Oil industry: axles and large facet valve-bodies for the oil pipes; - Power and mining industry: wagon axes; - Naval industry: bushes, axes and other large shaped parts for ships; - Military industry: sliding rim, spring components, etc. With its equipments, FORSEV has a great available capacity to execute a wide range of products for the machine building industry (crankshafts, axles and shafts, front axles for trucks steering elements, driving elements, etc.), constantly looking for expanding our clients’ list. FORSEV did not work as a State Company: we are a private company and the client is our priority.
