Who we are
Precision mold Injection Mold with over 50 years of experience. We develop and build according to specifications and your ideas simple and complex injection molds. A complete design in 3D is always included. Of course, the tool is produced in our own tool for the data and then patterned. It left only ready for production injection molds our company. We are strong everywhere, be it a one-fold or 64-fold tool, it does slide, core pulls or drag plates, with or without hot runner (of your choice), we solve the task. The surface can be polished, textured or etched, we know our stuff and use it the right steels. Even after years, we are able to carry out revisions, modifications or repairs quickly and inexpensively. Precise molded parts of thermoplastic With us you get the injection molds and molded parts from one source! We process all thermoplastic materials (except PVC) from 005 to 300g shot weight on Arburg injection molding machines up to 160t, which are equipped with handling equipment. We specialize in parts for the electrical industry and equipment manufacturing (household appliances), equipment for heating, ventilation and medical technology. Another specialty is the encapsulation of inserts of all kinds Post-processing such as assembly, printing, packaging and chroming are always welcome. Precision parts from thermoset With us you get the injection / compression molding and shaped parts from a single source. We process all thermoset materials from 0.05g to 1000g shot weights on Arburg injection molding machines up to 100 tons and Bucher presses up to 150 tons. Put us to the test. Let us offer your plastic parts. Our versatile production enable us to help you fulfill almost every wish when it comes to thermosets. CNC Machine Shop Our options: • Complete machining • driven tools • subsequent milling and grinding work • We process materials from brass to INOX • parts of up to 200mm diameter • rod diameter to 42mm and lengths up to 3000mm Special machines / devices
