Efficient manufacturing technology All machine tool series of SCHIESS have been redesigned since 1997, making them the most advanced large-scale machining centers of its kind. The already installed machining centers of the machine series Horimaster and Vertimaster prove the reliability of our machine tools. Wide range of differentiated tasks With the part production, a productive external manufacturing for high-quality workpieces made of cast iron, steel and aluminum is available for demanding production tasks of many branches of industry. In times of limited investment volumes, service and modernization of machine tools are becoming increasingly important. The retrofitting service group forms another division of our company. Products Our customers need precise, versatile large machining centers for increasingly complex machining tasks with increased productivity, reduced downtime and resetting times. Our machines of Vertimaster and Horimaster series solve these tasks with flexible systems technology and sophisticated detail solutions. Quality is strictly assured according to DIN EN ISO 9001. The master head principle - quick head changes for differentiated processing tasks Machining heads with CNC-controlled swivel axes are standard equipment as well as the head and tool changing system in pick-up mode. Powerful round and rectangular rams allow the calculation of machining time with maximum machine utilization; time-consuming changeover times are eliminated. Special attention is paid to customer-specific modular solutions; they offer optimum adaptation to the machining of the desired workpieces. Contract Manufacturing Our parts department has a large capacity. Thus, we are able to produce not only for our own needs, but also to machine parts and assemblies for the German and European engineering. This division provides our customers with precision machining of high-quality workpieces made of cast iron or steel. We manufacture high precision, medium and large parts properly and on schedule.
