The HAM GmbH & Co. KG is an owner-managed medium-sized family. The core manufacturing processes of modern sheet metal processing (lasers, bending, welding). Programming The manufacturing process begins with the powerful 3D software, SheetAdvisor. This is specially designed for sheet metal processing. Settlements for manufacturing accurate modules are thus generated automatically. Using data acquisitions in all popular formats 2D or 3D designs are easily programmable. Lasers Two CNC Laser Cutting Systems (L5030 and L3040) guarantee a high degree of flexibility. Plates with a size of 4000x2000 or 3000x1500 mm are processed by these machines. In the steel sheets up to 25 mm material thickness and stainless steel sheets up to 20 mm still good cutting results are achieved. The 6 KW - laser steel sheets up to 6mm "scale-free" lasered, this guarantees good adhesion when coating. Bending The latest technologies guarantee you also in the bending process dimensionally accurate products. The measuring system ACB our V5230 checks when bending the dimensional accuracy of the angle and corrected automatically. Complex parts are the 6 - axes - easy to program stop. With an edge length of 4000 mm and a pressure of 230 tons, we can serve a wide range of products. A V130 with an edge length of 3000 mm and a pressure of 130 tons completes the machinery. Welding Excellent welder get your products in the form. At seven welding stations steel and stainless steel components are assembled and welded. The welding procedures are MAG, MIG and TIG. Certified staff guarantees high process reliability. Surface finishing Stainless steel parts up to a width of 1000 mm burr and we grind machine with a deburring machine from Weber. To ensure that your products get the right outfit we have partners that the parts coating.Powders, painting, priming galvanizing, galvanizing or radiation, these services are provided by external partners.
