Who we are
Why you are right with Schneider turned parts? Because we are already on the market since 1952, we continue to evolve, have a small staff to respond quickly enough and skilled workers to deal with all the requirements of our customers always meet. Long-term business relationships prove that our performance fit. What Schneider turned parts for you making? We manufacture long turned parts up to a diameter of 38 mm and a length of 1000 mm, also short turned parts up to 60 mm in diameter made of aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel, brass and plastic. We milling, drilling, grinding, pressing. Here we are, we specialize in medium and large series. The finished parts are available either completely or we store them in our computer-controlled warehouse for you. We work with a modern equipped PPS and MDC system and put all the tasks required by our customers to quickly and effectively, eg consignment stock, Kanban deliveries or dial-up calls. What else is there interesting about Schneider turned parts? Our skilled professionals, we form largely from themselves and develop them to professionals so that we can meet customer requirements in the future. Already experienced in training as a machinist and experience our employees, our customer orientation. With our modern heat exchangers, we use the waste heat from the engine to heat the production halls, which saves us operating costs and helps the environment. With flexible employees in multiple shifts we can keep delivery times short and absorb demand peaks.
