Who we are
We are a company founded in 1987 in Iffezheim, owner-managed company and are dedicated to the industrial contract manufacturing. Schneider & Gemsa provides specific and professional solutions for customers in the automotive, industrial, electrical, electronics, renewable energy, electric automotive, telecommunications, and medicine. The range of contract manufacturing ranges from the single production of the construction group production through to complete production of devices and complete system solutions. With our locations in Germany, the Czech Republic and Romania, but also through cooperation in the Far East, we are able to offer cost-optimal solutions and market-based performance. Through our collaboration with a supervised workshop for disabled people, we take our social responsibility seriously. Schneider & Gemsa has decades of expertise in the fields of mechanics, electronics and mechatronics.Since its founding more than 150 million electric linear actuators, mechanical and electrical assemblies and terminals were manufactured. Moreover, in a modern wire strands, data control cables and wiring harnesses with innovative technologies and modern machines and tools are manufactured. Our manufacturing priorities include eg • Manual assembly with safe processes • Semi-automated assembly • Fully automated assembly • assembly of complex devices • harnessing of single lines • production of cable harnesses and wire harnesses • Manufacture of measuring and test leads • cabinet • preparation of the required equipment, tools, test and Manufacturing facilities As a system supplier we can therefore offer all manufacturing services that are needed by the product design. In addition, we offer all the necessary consulting and implementation services in connection with manufacturing outsourcing and production relocation. We consider quality as an integral part of all activities and strive for continuous improvement in all processes. The company operates according to a quality management system according to the standards of DIN EN ISO 9001-2008 and ISO / TS 16949:2009 (Automotive) certified. As of May 2012, we will certify our environmental management system according to DIN ISO 14001:2009.
