The S.D.L. di Sabia Giovanna is specialized in Precision Mechanical Machining for third parties: Turning, Milling and Precision Grinding. The use of modern technologies and a specialized staff allow to manage all the needs related to Precision Mechanics, from the realization of single complex mechanical details to the processing of small lots. Product quality and timeliness make the S.D.L. a serious and reliable partner. Turning High technology machinery for high quality mechanical turning operations. CNC turning with integrated milling up to Ø 420 for 1125mm in length. CNC turning up to Ø 1000 per 3000mm in length. Milling Cutting-edge machines and technologies, we perform complex milling operations thanks to our vertical machining centers equipped with a 300 mm rotary table. We make mechanical components that require a high degree of care. Milling of parts with dimensions up to 3000x810 with accuracies up to 0.005 mm, since our machines are equipped with optical lines on all 3 axes. Quality check Scrupulous checks during the production process on the machine. Sample or 100% checks in an air-conditioned metrology room equipped with certified measuring instruments. As a guarantee of our quality, we provide qualitative reports upon indication of the Customer
