The founder's technical and commercial expertise is a key differentiator. It includes a deep knowledge of mechanical design processes, mastery of CNC machining technologies, advanced management of the production cycle along with the implementation of quality control systems that meet international standards. This is complemented by a proven ability to coordinate and develop production teams, maintaining a constant focus on precision, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. In December 2023, the management team was strengthened with the addition of Vincenzo Gadaleta, Production Director, and Rosalia Sette, Accounting and Finance Director. Both bring a solid background of experience gained in established metalworking manufacturer companies, where they held positions of responsibility and achieved significant results. Vincenzo Gadaleta’s professional journey has been built on the management and optimization of production processes. He has led complex departments and introduced work methodologies focused on efficiency and technological innovation. His experience now translates into the ability to guarantee high standards of precision, reduced production times, and continuous improvement of operational performance. With a proven background in the administrative and financial management of companies in the metalworking sector, Rosalia Sette has contributed to the growth and stability of structured businesses. She has done this by developing management control systems, financial planning, and strategies aimed at ensuring financial solidity and economic balance. Her expertise strengthens the company's governance and ensures a clear and sustainable long-term vision for Sematech. The combined contribution of these two key figures allowed Sematech to quickly strengthen its organizational structure, creating a synergistic balance among technological innovation, operational management and economic-financial sustainability.
